vincent (wenxin) xu

Wenxin (Vincent) Xu is a genitourinary oncologist and clinical researcher at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. His clinical practice focuses on patients with genitourinary cancers, especially renal cell carcinoma where he has an interest in novel therapeutics and cancer diagnostics. His research in the AKCI focuses on the development of new diagnostic assays that can predict response and prognosis in patients with renal cell carcinoma including the potential role of KIM-1, a circulating tumor protein, as a noninvasive biomarker in the prediagnostic, adjuvant and metastatic settings.
